Our luxury Holiday Home is a 36 ft x 12 ft 8 berth 2003 ABI Arizona
comprising of three bedrooms ( 1 double and 2 twin, which can be converted
into a double bed) together with a pull out fully sprung double bed in the lounge
seating area. The modern fully fitted kitchen contains everything you will need
including a full size cooker; microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment
kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, together with all crockery, utensils
glassware and cutlery. There is also a vacuum cleaner supplied
There is a large dining area with circular table and ample seating
In the spacious lounge there is a TV with digital freeview, DVD, CD mini system
There is a selection of DVD's for you to enjoy together with books, CD's
and games for your entertainment whilst on holiday
You will enjoy an excellent sea view of all of Filey Bay
from the large panoramic window in the lounge
The bathroom has a fully fitted shower, washbasin and toilet
For your safety we have a fire extinguisher and a smoke alarm
We provide gas, electricity, all bed linen, duvets, pillows, and tea towels
There is adequate parking for 3 cars
The site offers many activities for you to enjoy. We are situated away from
the main thoroughfare of the site but all the facilities are easily accessible
You will find a supermarket and bakery, restaurant and bar, swimming pool
several children's playgrounds (indoor and outdoor), children's clubs for all ages
a bowling alley and a cabaret bar. There is direct access to a lovely beach
and many pleasant walks for you to enjoy. There is also a regular bus
service which operates from the site to many visitor attractions
Caravan is available for bookings from March - October, prices available upon request
