The Caravan is situated on the Dunes, 2 min's walk to the tunnel for Butlins
A train runs round the caravan site, train starts out side my caravan
next to the security cabin. Parking for one car out side the caravan
The spacious lounge area is equipped with Gas fire, Colour TV, Video, DVD player
CD Radio player, Games, small coffee table, Table and chairs and plenty of seating
Three bedrooms ie: 1 Double, 1 with bunk beds, 1 with two single beds
All provided with pillows and quilts, you must provide your own bed linen
Bathroom: With W.C. Shower and wash basin
Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, Cooker, Fridge, Microwave oven
Kettle, Toaster, Iron and ironing board, air/drier and a vacuum cleaner etc.
Wall cupboards for storage, a smoke alam & fire exstinguisher
Running Hot and Cold water
All gas and electric are free. On mains gas, so no gas bottles
Sorry! No Smoking in the Caravan and No Pets allowed
There is a £50.00 deposit and £50.00 bond per week for all bookings, deposits must
be paid within 7 days. Deposit is non-returnable. Full payment is Due 8 weeks
before your holiday. If you require a receipt for deposit, please send a S.A.E
All papers for access to Butlins will be sent to you when full payment is made
£50.00 bond will be retuned to you IF the caravan is tidy and clean
